I mentioned last week the numerous road trips I’ve taken to Illinois, each one by way of Indiana, the subject of this week’s Kitchen Road Trip. We never stopped in Indiana for long, but those drives were awesome. I loved watching the vast farmlands stretch forever from the window of the car. The plains of America’s heartland are simply stunning, and I definitely owe this state a longer visit in the future.
